Our Story

Born from a Passion for People

ECare Support Services was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that people living with disability deserve more than just basic care - they deserve genuine connection, skilled support and the freedom to live life on their own terms.

We set out to build a NDIS provider that feels different - one where participants are truly heard, where support workers are more than just staff, and where every interaction is driven by compassion and purpose.

From our very first participant, we have been committed to understanding the whole person - their goals, their culture, their family and their future. That philosophy remains the foundation of everything we do at ECare today.

Bilal El-Sayed

Director

Bilal founded ECare Support Services with a vision to transform the disability support landscape in NSW. His leadership is guided by a deep commitment to quality, inclusion and putting participants at the heart of every decision.

Helen

Operations Manager

Helen oversees day-to-day service coordination, enquiries and participant communication, helping ensure supports are organised clearly and delivered with consistency.

Rana El-Sayed

Compliance Manager

Rana supports ECare's quality systems, documentation and compliance processes so the team can grow on strong foundations from the beginning.
